Scola, no doubt. PF was our biggest need. Adding international players is always extra exciting for some reason. And Scola comes with the least baggage. Plus, no one really knows what his ceiling is, he seems articulate, is probably the best addition fit wise for a Rick Adelman system, and seems like the type of guy the rest of the country (i.e TNT, ESPN, ABC commentators, etc.) will notice and like.
I can't believe I'm saying it...but Francis is mine. I just think it's a really interesting storyline.
You could make a case for Morey being on the list. Something tells me he might do well on the poll. I really like the addition of Scola based on what I've read on here but.... STEVIE FRANCHISE! C'mon not even close.
I voted Stevie. Hearing that we got him back got me so damn excited. not sure why. but it has revitalized my craving for Rockets basketball. (to an extreme extent).
SCOLA!!! We all know what Stevie and MJ can bring to the table (ball hogging, penetration, and selfishness xP) Rick Aldeman is a good addition but i have doubts about D. Who the hell is aaron brooks ? SCOLA is exciting cuz we know he'll be solid but we dont know how good he will be.... I cant wait
The same thing happened to VSPAN won't happen to Scola, because our coach is not JVG any more! That's also why I voted our new coach in the poll.
i am thinking long term on this one... i voted brooks. in a few years, i can see him as our starting PG. by then a few others will be older and broken down. adelman is a close second. i think he is going to bring alot of credibility to the franchise over the next few years.
