Trading Places is the VINTAGE and Special Movie to me IT is BY FAR one of my Favorite Dan Ackroyd and Eddie Murphy VINTAGE STUFF!! Beverly Hills Cop and 48 Hrs was great Eddie was on FIRE during that time period Rocket River
Rather than rate movies, I would rather rate cast and their bodys of work. Their movies tend to all have a 'feel' to them. 1. Bill Murray - I love his dry brand of humor, and even his new 'criticly acclaimed' movies are funny. 2. Chevy Chase - Vacation, Fletch, etc. 3. Eddie Murphy - All-time classic. 4. Adam Sandler - His earlier stuff is much better. 5. Dan Ackroyd - Strangely, I don't like his humor, but he's in lots of flicks that I enjoy.
i didn't even consider Rushmore...one of my favorite movies of all time...when answering this thread.
Office Space.. and yes it was originally a cartoon based on MILTON done by Mike Judge when he wrote very few sketches and the cartoon for SNL.. If we're talking about Fav movie WITH SNL Alum it would be Ladies Man (Will Ferrell as a gay wrestler was GOLD IMO) and Coneheads for me..
Looking good Rocket River! My favorite holiday movie of all time. This movie has 5 SNL alums. Eddie,Dan,Jim Belushi,Tom Davis and Al Franken. This movie has it all, rich people, poor people,Mozart music, holidays, pimps, hookers, trains, drugs,a nude scene by a young Jamie Lee,limousines and of course frozen concentrated orange juice. The only movie with a boat load of SNL talent that could possibly top this great movie,is of course the great SPINAL TAP. Michael Mckean,Cris Guest,Harry Shearer,Billy Crystal and Dana Carvey. And hopefully one day they will be able to dust for vomit.
