Memo to all the fat degenerates: never-ending precooked noodles and sauce slapped onto a plate for $8.95. Better than winning the lottery. ;)

Never had it, i would have to add the italian sausage

ironic, i guess this doesn't belong in the $400 a meal for two thread

I heard Olive Garden recycles other people's leftover salads and serves it to new customers.

I really doubt that, salad is one of the cheapest things you can serve, especially the way they manage the olives which is probably the only costly product in the salad.

as a matter of fact, I tell my wife all the time that all casual dining restaurants should give you a complimentary salad with your meal

Sounds like b.s., I was a busser there for a while and never saw anything like that. I certainly never had anyone ask me for the salad so they could "recycle" it before I threw it away.

Which OG? I worked at one near Fountainview and Westheimer back in the ealy 90's, and never saw anything like that! The most scandalous thing I can recall, was the "Soup and Salad scam" that brought down more than a few servers.

Most medical insurance policies ask if you have ever eaten a never-ending pasta bowl on their intake questionnaires now.

My son and several of his football player buddies decided to go to Olive Garden for the neverending pasta bowl the night before a game last year. They were very disappointed with the service and refills.

The week before they had gone to CiCi's Pizza and each ate 33 pieces. The coach found out about it (rumor is the manager of CiCi's called him and complained) and gave them a 10 piece limit. He spent a good hour in the bathroom the next morning before reporting for the game.
