I thought there was space for a candidate in the Republican primary who could profit from saying the emperor has no clothes. I thought Pence could do it, but its apparent now he won't. Makes sense for Christie, though his candidacy was already sunk for me because of his past corruption. But he might have an entertaining campaign if he's going to be the attack dog.

I "used" to like him until he showed me his true colors, there is no way in hell he will get past single digits. I am always shocked to see guys like this get in the race, no chance in hell they will win, same goes for Pence if he runs and Haley might be aiming for a VP after she flames out, this is a two-person race and everyone knows it.............so why do they do it??

He's going to do well if he ends up the only candidate willing to punch Trump in the mouth.

Trump and Christie aren’t that far apart in terms of obesity.

There are multiple reasons to insult Christie, but his weight shouldn’t be one of them.

Remember when he was as popular as RDS as a prez candidate?

From the thread title, it sounds like a yo momma joke where he broke the bridge.

in a GOP presidential debate, assuming that fatso qualifies, will he be able to take down orange hair like he did to little Marco in 2016 ?

~ 1:00 fatso started the take down,

after a weak response from little Marco,
~2:30, fatso doubled up on the take down

I just don’t get why these people are running for president. They have 0 chance of winning. Yeah someone might get a VP nod but Christie has 0 chance of that.

Meanwhile they just rob votes from others…leaving orange man as the GOP winner with 28% from all the koolaid drinkers

The more prominent you are, the more you can charge to give a speech, or write an op-ed, or to do some lobbying. Meanwhile, you're living large on campaign contribution dollars.

He's a kamikaze for the non-Trump Republicans. He's doing it because he's pissed that Trump knowingly gave him COVID that almost killed him.

At least he is one of the contenders who "seems" to be able to go after trump in an effective way. I wonder if he is in it just to take him down on the debate stage............the man has zero chance of winning so not sure of his motives and can only speculate. To be honest, he seems like a decent guy
