So this is the first year I'm actually going out on my own to get my dad an expensive gift. By "expensive", my budget is around 100 dollars. Anyone have any good ideas or deals? All my dad does is run his offshore engineering consulting and services business, eat, sleep, watch astronomy on the discovery channel, and walk on the treadmill. Your advice is much appreciated. Thanks.
For those dads that work around the house, I found an awesome deal at Home Depot yesterday. They are selling the Milwaukee Reciprocating saw model 6524, regularly priced at $149, marked down to $59. Check out the fourth item on this page: http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs...wzall&langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053 Any "do-it-yourselfer" knows that Milwaukee brand is one of the best you can buy.
A new PC. Mine's reached the end of the obsolescence I'm willing to put up with. If my family truly loves me, they'll give this Blade Runner a screamin' game machine that can handle the current games with ease, be easy to upgrade, and doesn't sound like a 747 jumbo jet idling on the tarmac.
