    You're right, it's South Park. The Underpants Gnomes are awesome. They also work for Santa this time of year so don't be surprised if you get some girly underoos in your stocking this year.

    I dont know what's up with some Japanese people, but I hear about some of the kinkiest, strangest stuff from that place. It's like a bunch of repressed sexual energy just explodes and results in crazy **** like this.

    It wasn't his daughter's underpants (I don't even know if he has a daughter, the article doesn't mention the sex of his three children - so there is a 1 in 8 chance of all boys). While it certainly would be embarrassing to have a parent do this, and it speaks to the guy's sanity, it has no direct bearing on his parenting skills.

    I tend to think that parenting skills also include being a good role model. Of course, udnerwear fetishes might be the norm in Japan so maybe he is being a good one :D

    I suspect that the biggest concern here for the Japanese who live on that dude's block is the littering.
