I assume that you somehow think this shows something negative about Obama, but I'm afraid I can't understand quite what. The translation is all about what some nebulous third party known as "the gringos" has to say about Obama.... "The gringos" I assume means the CIA or something, so maybe the point is that even the CIA and Colombian terrorists accept it as a foregone conclusion that Obama will be the next president?
