Hello, I run a fantasy football league on yahoo every year for me and my #houstonrockets chatroom buddies. The draft will be THIS SATURDAY. 8:30 PM CST. Currently we've got only 6 GMs at the moment. I would like to get 6 more people signed up if possible, so please post if you are interested or email me through the board or drop by channel #houstonrockets on IRC and I'll hook you up with the info. After I get some spots filled up that I have reserved I'll be able to post the info right on the board for anyone else who wants to join.
What doesn't work? Is the league full? I'm not sure I am up to playing at the level I did last season with the draft being this soon (I have done no research at all) so if anyone want to play (and the league is full now) then moes could just drop me from the league. Yeah I think that is a good solution. Then I dont need to do any preperation for the draft that is in the middle of the night (for me) and could sleep instead. Also not being there for the draft is probably bad for the league as a preranked drafted team will most likely suck. I will not actively leave the league as that might create problem for the league if there is no one around to take my place, but if anyone want my spot tell moes to kick me out so you can join. Also I think there will be chatter around the draft (and live drawing of the draftorde) in our chat. To join it just use the same chatserver as cf.net uses and join the houstonrockets room using ootp as the keyword: /join #houstonrockets ootp
Also I just checked, the league only has 8 managers at the moment so it is not full, or at least should not be as moes said he wanted 12.
crap I set the wrong league ID, sorry guys. I guess we're only playing with 8 unless 2 of you respond to me within the next hour.
yeah, i wanted to draft during training camp. i have a feeling some of my guys are going to get hurt. or some of my guys won't have a contract.
