While we all know who will be tops on this list, it's an interesting read to see who the Rockets could get with the MLE if we strike out with the sign-and-trade guys. Also, Lowry's ranking (behind Jordan Farmar, Steve Blake, Luke Ridnour and Randy Foye to name a few) seems to suggest that the writer believes he won't get much as a FA.

the writer wondered who is going to take the risk to sign yao. here we have one. morey reiterated many times rox will bet on yao. what does it mean? they will resign yao. i bet there are more than handful of teams that will do just like morey is going to do.

lowry isnt your typical point guard who can run a pick and roll and shoot (jordan farmar and ridnour). his bbiq is also questionable, but he's a gritty player you love on your team.

Lowry #45? Right behind Matt Bonner?

Yeeeessss... if this ignorance keeps up, we'll get him cheap!

What is the deadline to execute a player option? (for Yao, Lebron, Bosh, Wade...) Thanks.

They fail to mention that Lowry is #7 in rebounding average for PGs, despite being a backup. Boards per 48 (for PGs) he's actually #1.

Fanhouse is slowly becoming one of the worst sports websites. It is creeping to Bleacherreport status, lol.

First of all, Scola aint a Spur, second, Lowry rated so low?

Lowry ranks 45th is a good thing. It means the rockets don't need to spend too much on resigning him.

Wow -- Amir Johnson's only 22 years old, and he already has 5 years of NBA experience under his belt.

He should've gone to L'ville, and spent a couple of years under Rick Pitino.

I think it's because DL's stats are inflated playing under DA and Gay is still young and improving.

    Lowry ahead of Jordan Farmar.

Well, I guess I can hope other GMs think that way, as then we really can resign him for 3 million.

Scola will probably have his agent dance around long enough to get a contract that really makes him happy. So, will be a Rocket again of course.
Lowry, I don't see why we wouldn't get him back. I just don't believe other teams are going to be that interested. Resign.
And Yao....I could use a little off-season excitement....wouldn't mind him looking around just to see what scenarios are out there.
