hey guys. ive recently been invited to a fancy dress party for one of my mates birthdays (not a huge party, probly about 20 or so ppl there) anyway, he has thought of this 'theme' for the party. the 'theme' is "star" as in - movie star, rock star, sport star etc etc but he has also stated that 'star' can be incorporated into the word. like the prime minister(sounds like star) or gansta, mobster i think catch my drift. so i was just wondering has anyone got any good original ideas?? cos im stumped. but it has to be do-able - something i can actually dress up as!
Dress up like a square, you could be a hollwood "star" on the walk of fame. Just slap your name across yourself, and your good to go.
Draw in some really high arching eyebrows and get some of those googly-eyed glasses ( ) and go as startled. Other options: a can of tuna (Starkist) a star fish starving take an airhorn and be a starter (the guy that starts a swim meet) a household appliance of some sort (energy star) a tabloid newspaper (the star)
Being the intransigent Carpenter fan, I would demand you dress as Starman, from the aptly titled film, Starman. Not only would you decimate the fellow party goers with your superior taste in celluloid, but also give you the chance to live out the american dream. Acting out a day in the life of Jeff Bridges.
personally, i'd go as morpheus... "star"red in the matrix. or you can go as the guy from kiss with the "star" around his eye, captain america with the "star" on his chest, or cypress hill (so you wanna be a rock supastar), the chick from the movie "lost boys" whose name was star...
