I don't know if this is who wanted for #14, but Joe Hammond was a legendary playground player who had the nickname "The Destroyer". He had a (brief?) stint in the league. ------------------
If Hammond did make it to the league, I don't think he ever got to see the court, because he isn't listed in the new NBA encyclapedia, which has every player that's ever played in the league. ------------------
I think Joe Hammond was on the bulls at one point. (or maybe it was just a team the bulls were playing against). Either way you can see him perfectly in the foreground on some footage of Micheal Jordan's "Come Fly with Me" ------------------
