    The tickets from what I gathered were given freely. There were roughly 100 tickets so its a 1% chance. Guy figured to make a quick buck since its still a fairly small chance. I would have been tempted to the same as well. I've never won a raffle in my life and if some guy offers 200 dollars for a ticket, then why not.

    You should be disqualified for selling a free ticket and the buyer of the free ticket should be disqualified. NEXT!!!
