    Excitebike defined a significant part of my youth growing up. I remember when I used to faceplant off the bike, the character would return faster to the bike, the faster I pressed the B button. Good times. Thanks for the memories.

    Awesome, all that was missing was for his body to slide slowly off the track, and then for the rider to slowly seizure his way back to the bike so he can take off again.

    That was the first "level builder" for a game that I ever experienced allowing for custom game play.

    What a great game. I spent a ton of time on Excitebike and RBI Baseball.

    Excitebike was the ****. Loved that game...especially making my own tracks

    can't watch the videos at work (blocked) but damn that game was great
