Also, I think this guy in the comments makes a good point, "If it was the guy who had the money there would be no question she would be half or more. She should be paying him alimony also and she should be on charges of fraud for the child support, a guy would be in Jail for that."
Sounds like the husband has an easy case. She didn't declare the stock in divorce proceedings. Courts are not going to like to hear she failed to disclose. Don't know why he's asking for 30% and not 50%, but given his conservative claim, I think that makes it even more likely he wins.
I'm guessing the Twitter investment wasn't the only thing she did secretly on her trip to SF... since they split shortly thereafter.
So I'm guessing he discovered this through her LinkedIn?? It sounds like she was stupid enough to post it and deserves to give more than 30%.
