He sucked...that's what happened to him Did he actually create his own logo and put it on a Rockets uniform? LOL
Whoa, i wonder if anyone actually goes to his camp. Is that a recent add? Last I heard he was playing abroad but got cut. I think he went to the cba and got cut there and then went abroad and got cut there. I'm not sure where he is now.
Actually the ad has a date for July 2002, so it is very recent and you can apparently still join his camp.
Dude could play D and he was the best player to get to the rack and blow the layup in the NBA...man, he could get to it though.....the book on him when he left Kentucky was head case and I here it is still true...quick first step, had potential....
Sheeeeesh.....if I'd have known about this earlier, I wouldn't have committed to Richard Petruska's camp.
Man i was very psyched w/ Roderick after his rookie season, I mean the guy played some sweet D and is as athletic as they come. I remember reading things like he can be the next clyde drexler if he just worked on his outside shot (he even put up # similar to clyde's rookie year). I remember he had a breakout game against the bulls and the analysts were like there are several gms that are kicking themselves for passing over this guy. I could be wrong but didn't he make the all rookie second team (Im probably just thinking of good ol' matt maloney) but damn, all those expectations fail short. Really sad for the guy.
If Rodrick bothered to work on his offensive game and listen to Rudy he'd still be in the league, would be a top notch role-player, and making millions of dollars. I hope he gets enough money from that camp to pay utilities.
http://www.i10sports.com Interestingly enough, they have the undoctored version of the RR pic there. I guess they figure they could get sued if they *printed* NBA trademarks in vain, while the worst that could happen is a "Cease and Desist" on the website.
Oh, man. You're making me sad. When I was growing up in Sugar Land, my parents used to take us to Larry's Mexican Restaurant almost every Sunday. Now that I'm in L.A., I haven't seen Tex-Mex that good in a freakin' decade.
I remember RR stealing the ball from Jordan and running down fast break all alone for a REVERSE MONSTER SLAM.
