I will be in Paris starting July 27, and my husband is flying over for a business trip in Rotterdam the following Tuesday. The way our schedules work out, he can meet me somewhere between Paris and Amsterdam for a long weekend. We have seen Amsterdam pretty thoroughly, as well as Brussels and Brugge. I am looking for a good weekend trip somewhere between the two places. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Who knew that a basketball site would be such a great trip planning guide. I am thinking countryside over city. Although, if nothing else sounds great, he could fly into Paris and we could spend the weekend there, then he could take a train to Rotterdam for his meeting. All suggestion (appropriate) are appreciated.
