Oh my! I recently came back to town and was taken to Blue Nile Ethiopian Restaurant. It was amazing. I never knew this food was so tasty. Half their menu is vegetarian and from what it seems the food is quite healthy.

I'm not really a foodie, but I was really drawn to this place.

Does anyone else like Ethiopian food and are there other similar places in Houston that has this food?

"Ethiopian Food" sounds like an oxymoron to me.

The best way to eat Ethiopian food is with flys circling around your head.

Looks like someone was inspired by all the airings of "We Are the World" in the last few days.
