I will do cartwheels down Polk St. if we somehow land Kevin Love.

Get'er done Morey!!! Wolves can ride on Rubio's jock for as long as they want, I'm super content with Love manning the PF spot --- Him and Asik will grab 90% of the rebounds.

I haven't gotten to watch Rubio play a lot, but by looking at his stats, is he really worthy of a max contract himself?

Giving Rubio the max over Love is like giving Kareem Jackson a big deal and running out of money for JJ Watt.

Why do you guys want Kevin Love so badly? He doesn't play defense. And his elite rebounding doesn't mesh well with Asik's elite rebounding. He's certainly an upgrade but it'll cost a huge contract.
We already see how bad things can get with a defender like DMo down low.

Love is driving his trade value into the ground so we can get him on the cheap! Thank you Kevin! You'll look great in Rockets Red!

Comparing Love to JJ Watt? Come on....Watt is a dominating force who disrupts everything around him. Love puts up big numbers on bad teams. The Olympic coaches had to bench him before he would adjust his game to the team concepts.

Hey, if the Wolves want to give the super max to a player that has shot 36% from the floor for his career, go right ahead.

Can somebody please explain to me why Ricky Rubio would be worth giving even half of a max deal to?

Well remember, Adelman is the coach, and RA loves him some point guards. His mind works, the wheels turn, all in the manner and mindset of wing players. He sees treasure in point guards where others might only see 'good value', but not necessarily a max type player. RA was the one who wanted Aaron Brooks after all. And AB was/is not a bad player, but certainly not worthy of a large deal, much less the max.

So I say, let RA get Rubio a max deal, more power to him. It's just one more kick in the butt to Love heading out the door, and we will be waiting for him here with open arms.

We just need to figure out how to trade for him instead of getting into a bidding war on the open market.

Was that worth the effort it took to type out?

Do you not watch basketball or something?

His elite D will CERTAINLY help Omers numbers...I sometimes see Asik getting double-team boxed out. They cant do that with Love commanding just as much attention.

Have you seen how many 3s our PFs have taken this year? It is in McHales game plan to have a stretch 4....do you know how well Love shoots the 3+Mid range? Pretty damn well I must say...better than Motie/Patterson/Morris could ever do...ever.

Love is our perfect 4, if he can stay healthy. Which is my only knock on his game.

Because I love elite talents, and Kevin is one. If Rick Adelman does come back it is a total pipe dream to find a way to trade for Love. If not, as they say, 'Get'r done, DM the GM!'

BTW - - I want Love but I'd rather Adelman didn't have to retire to care for his ailing bride.

Kevin Love right now is better than D-Mo ever will be and he will still get better. D-Mo's defense wouldn't be a problem if he was putting up 20/10. Love will do that with ease.
