What is the freakin deal? They show videos of all the topics, except the NFL ones. The one on now shows the top 25 plays of the past 25 years. They talk about Bo Jackson's run on MNF, yet don't show it. Same for Marcus Allen's run. Then Steve Young's run. They show the golf, NBA, and MLB clips. Do they not have rights from NFL films or something? SO FREAKIN STUPID.

    That pissed me off too.

I was like, wtf, is this a time concern or something?

It really makes talking about those plays/events/achievements pointless if they don't show the clips.

It's the same reason why you don't see NFL games on ESPN classic. You only get the "highlights." The NFL has some sort of rule...its pretty weak.

The "NFL Films" guys have a totally different set of footage than the regular NFL broadcast. They have their own cameras and they shoot with film instead of video. That's why on those "NFL Films" shows, they never use any footage that you might see on a highlight show. Obviously they have a deal with the NFL that lets them shoot games, but they only own the stuff that they shoot themselves.
