    Just thought I'd mention the comments that Stephen A. Smith & Bill Walton made during halftime of the Phoenix & Boston game on ESPN just now:

    Stephen A. Smith
    "I would give anything to see Tracy McGrady in the NBA Finals."

    Bill Walton
    "The Rockets are for real. They are 1 of 6 teams I could see going to the NBA Finals."

    Good to see the love for the Rockets after beating the number one team in the Western Conference.

    Yeah, I posted this in the postgame thread. Crazy to hear that from two guys who have never said the best things about us.

    Bet Barkley still thinks were "terrrrrbel" though ;)

    Yea who wouldn't want to see Tmac in the Finals. He would be so focused I could see him going off for 35 every night.

    Cmon... we're riding a 11 game streak and we just beat the West's #1. They kinda HAVE to say this (especially f'in A Smith). Anyone saying otherwise would look pretty damn silly. Even if they're a known Rockets hater.

    Well on SportsCenter he said, and I quote that the Rockets are "One of six Eastern Conference teams that could represent the West in the finals." :confused:

    ESPN just had another quick segment with Bill walton whe said this again.......Rockets are the hottest team in the league and have all the components in place that they need...2 superstars, great play from a world champion Scola, great play from Carl Landry..where did this guy come from, all kinds of players coming off the bench to contribute...A big man that requires def. attention that opens up driving lanes for mac and company.

    the only question was point guard play...rafer was good enough tonight, but will Jackson be that steadying influence to help at point?

    Rox are one of 6 teams to have a legit shot at making the Finals.
