I didn't see it on here so I thought I would post it. From an ESPN.com article http://m.espn.go.com/nba/story?storyId=11174623
In the end all three will stay in Miami and all this did was distract most teams from improving their own roster Kind of like how Lowry resigned. If a team like Dallas had concentrated on him instead of melo which was such a longshot, they could have gotten him. Hell if I was Cuban I woulda tried to get him and a sf (parsons/Deng/lance) on day one
Dwight Howard Jokes with James Harden and LeBron James in All-Star Locker Room <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/0mqxM4xypQw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
You think Cuban would pay Lowry 13M per year? To join an old, declining team as opposed to a young and up-and-coming one? No one was beating Toronto for Lowry. It was simply necessary that Lowry talk to us and the Lakers so that Ujiri raised his price to what Lowry actually deserved. 12M per year is the right price for him.
Just for fun... Lebron's reaction to Harden being traded to the Rockets : <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Best of luck to my lil bro/homie <a href="https://twitter.com/JHarden13">@JHarden13</a> in H-Town! He bout to go HAM in his role now.</p>— LeBron James (@KingJames) <a href="https://twitter.com/KingJames/statuses/262394422241677312">October 28, 2012</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
haha this was cool. loved dwight doing a lebron james impression. who does that? then dwight clowning harden for having only one patch. such a dream scenario that we all wish comes true.
No meeting. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Update on the Houston involvement with LeBron (or possible lack thereof) added into the story - <a href="http://t.co/M0X7Ib00e5">http://t.co/M0X7Ib00e5</a></p>— Sam Amick (@sam_amick) <a href="https://twitter.com/sam_amick/statuses/484897843014938625">July 4, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> http://sports.yahoo.com/news/lebron...heat-don-t-improve-roster-soon-030029268.html

Not happening. (As I just posted in the other thread) Woj, Amick and Stein said Houston not involved. Oh well...
I would be looking forward if Carmelo doesn't accept the offer to what happens with Lebron James. I think he fits into HOuston as a city better than Melo would. But thats just conjecture. Either way, i would be exited to see what can come from these meetings. To me, its a good fit.
