Actually, not really. With the exception of the Bulls who STILL suck, the Clips were one of the few teams that had no where to go but up.

You wouldn't expect the Lakers to be most improved because they won so many games last year.

The Clippers are improved but it isn't showing that much on their record. If the Clippers were in the Rockets position they would be most improved for sure!
