    I don't agree. Rockets schedule is tougher

    LOL this is done by computers, its not someone's opinion... SOS is all calculated. They don't calculate Road/Home so you can assume ours is harder, but by SOS Atls is harder

    wait, i thought you play conference teams 4 times and opposite conference twice. so everyone in the west pretty much plays the same teams. so SOS means the order they play teams? ie. like dallas then SA then PHO for example?

    computer can be wrong.

    They played Dallas, Phoenix, New Jersey at home, Detroit and Bosotn on the road. We played Utah,Laker,Dallas on the road, and spurs at home. Spurs beats Phoenix, Utah beats Detroit, Laker beats new jersey. In addition we had to more tough road teams, and back to back at Dallas and Spurs.

    WTF? There's an RPI for the NBA?

    I can understand something like this for college basketball/football, but every NBA team in the same conference basically play the same schedue - no difference even among divisions. At the end of the season, you basically get two SOSs, one for the western conference teams, and one for the eastern conference.
