[ESPN] Police release Nenad Krstic after melee

He could be a good lawyer...from the Video Krstic clearly threw the chair toward some Greece player...I hope he gets penalized for this, if its a brawl, use your fist, not some chair..what if there was a tube tv monitor and he threw that? That could've killed someone!

 

A cowardly act by Krstic. he's the tallest guy on the floor but he used a chair still.

 

Don't mess with Serbians, they will beat yo ass up.

 

He should be charged for violating the man rule on two counts. 1) Backing down like a scared sissy 2) Throw the chair at nobody while backing down.

my sympathies lie with krstic. He was just giving Sofokilis Shortfatfokitis some of his own "smack the defenseless dude on the ground" medicine.

 

He was getting pulled back by those other guys, Sofo shouldn't have been messing with Krstic's teammate in the first place. Nenad was defending his brothers, I respect that.

The chair was uncalled for but he was just caught in the moment.

The video shows a skinny-ass teenager in a white t-shirt getting hit while shielding Krstic from from 2 players that must have outweighted the kid by a good 100-200 lbs. Krstic was jogging backwards, while keeping the skinny little guy in front of him. When Krstic runs so far back that he is against the stands, he grabs a chair and then makes his first attack.

Agreed. He was hiding behind some skinny kid that was being pushed around like a ragdoll by Sofo and another guy. The boy couldn't have been more than 160 lbs soaking wet. That boy was very brave for trying to protect Krstic from 2 other players, especially Sofo. Sofo is twice the boy's size.

 

Here is another video of the incident. 40 secs into it is the most hillarious fight scene ever. Krstic swinging like a girl at Big Sofo being very careful not to piss him off. Yet he still somehow does...
