Only 2 successful protests in last 27 years.

Mark cuban is bananas, he shouldhave given me the 10K and i would have told him how right he is a billion times. Now he'll just have paid 10 k to be told he's wrong.

    Mark Cuban is a beeyotch.

Didn't he want to/try to sue Don Nelson for using insider info against him when the Faggericks lost to the Warriors---or was that an urban legend? Seems it was all over the legitimate web sites.

Whether the officials were right or wrong, the Rockets can file several appeals from EVERY game where the refs rape them.

But Cuban couldn't let this one go, I guess, because of the off-chance that his old team, nearing the end of its shelf life, might lose a place or home court advantage in the playoffs.

Or maybe it's the pride of a billonaire megalomaniac or the pathetic neediness of an attention w**** who didn't turn any tricks all night: "Is Wayne Brady gonna have to choke a b**ch?"

They're just waiting until after the holidays to reject his protest.

They know he'll go bananas once the ruling comes down.

The cost of the arena for one night, time of the coaches/players, and the off chance someone gets injured to prove whether or not the ejection would have mattered are simply not worth it. :somewhat angry:

This seems very similar to the situation Dallas is complaining about and would seem to indicate the protest will be upheld.

Sure Dampier didn't deserve the 2nd technical but the Brooks flagrant foul was just a normal hard foul preventing a basket.

No, they are protesting a judgement call by the ref. The only way to make it similar to that would be if he was ejected on his first technical foul. Or to protest a 6th foul call on Shaq saying it was a bad call.

Uh, Cubes, what do you think is going to change? Yeah, let's re-play the last minute of that game again, WITH Erick Dampier on the floor. It'll save their season.

What a laugh. I really hope this protest goes through. Beat the Mavericks twice, you ask? If you insist.

I say we replay the last minute, except we sub in Dorsey and Cook and tell them to spear tackle the Dallas players.

The Mavs won 67 games in a regular season one time only to get knocked out in the first round.

Mark, blow it out your ass!

what was the score at that point of the game?

Edit: Nevermind, I found it on the ESPN Play By Play. Looks like they would resume after Aaron Brooks made free throw to make 111-104 with Dampier shooting 2 freethrows and the mavs getting the ball

Since his complaint is that there shouldn't have been a tech, it would wipe out the free throw so we'd start the game up 110-104 with a minute left, Damp shooting 2 free throws and Mavs getting the ball back. Complete and total garbage.
