Not like we didn't know this already. At least he is being honest that hes coming back for the money. I can't wait for Klitchko to beat his ass. http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/news/story?id=1973545
Posted this in the Floyd Mayweather thread, and basically said the same thing you did codell. I've never been a fan of Lewis, and he was being destroyed in the first match. If that match would have gone one more round, Lewis was going to get knocked out, remember the way he just flopped on his stool after the last round, he was done.
what an a**hole, I guess now he gets all the excuses to lose. Then, if he wins, it would be like he's so great. He needs to just stay retired.
then you haven't been following boxing. oscar delahoya/hopkins trinidad/mayorga morales/barrera and this coming weekend gatti vs leija and comings soon: klitchko vs lewis mosley and delahoya (hopefully)
3814, don't forget about the most exciting current fighter, Manny Pacquiao, whose fighting Eric Morales in March.
I can’t understand people who think that Lewis was going to lose the first fight saying he somehow caught a break with the stoppage. Lewis opened a gash that went down to the bone on Klitchko’s head that took surgery and 3+ months to fully heal – seems like a dominating victory IMHO.
I have heard the rumors, but this quote from the espn article seems very interesting. Is Lennox really gay?
Speaking of Boxing, did anyone see hometown boy and UH student Juan Diaz fight last night on ESPN2? Great fight and win!
