I don't know if this has been posted, so I will go ahead hoping not to get ridiculed. ESPN Insider reports that the "future considerations" in the Glen Rice deal are a future lottery protected first rounder, second rounder, and cash. It is not known what comes from what team, but it is believed the cash will be from the Mavericks. Stay tuned... Here is the paragraph from Chad Ford of Insider:
ElQueso, Clutch has reported that we only recieved cash considerations (corroborated through the NY Post and the Chronicle). I corrected another post because of this info. I posted the 1st, 2nd round cash deal last night (corroborated by Fox Sports SW), but now I'm skeptical. I saw that my other post (mentioned above) that I corrected was recorrected because of this info. It would be nice to have accurate info. Either way, we are stockpiling picks again.
It seems to be which "sources" are used as to if it is cash or draft picks and cash. I hope it is draft picks, but if not we still have Rice and that should be a plus[I hope].
