cwr2 is just some Kobe fan that tweeted Durant. "@" means you're replying your tweet to that person. "RT" means re-tweet, in which Durant was re-tweeting what cwr2 said, "and while you do that, kobe will be in the gym." To which Durant replied. "lol man get his balls out your mouth......" And no, he was not talking about Lebron.
Wait, he didn't try to hold his team hostage by messing with the extension? He didn't go on a wild free agency tour to get attention?
