    Enter Apologists:
    He didn't name them specifically
haters are clueless and don't understand basketball
Alston isn't allowed to say anything since he isn't good enough on the court

Wait didn't Rafer miss a 3 in the clutch too. Isn't Rafer the one who refuses to pass the ball to Tracy?

The lazy approach and bad shooting seemed last night to be related. The Rockets looked like they had tired legs from a traveling back to backer.

But Rafer's right. When the Rox are moving the ball and Tracy penetrates, this line-up looks great. When Tracy plays one-on-one on the perimeter and he and Ron aren't making shots, they look turrable.

Rick ought to be screaming his head off and taking people out of the game when they don't run the offense. If he's the one calling the iso's for Tracy he needs to recognize when his shooters are having a bad night.

The last 3 minutes had 4 Tmac 3s, and 3 Ron ron 3s.....it was the Tmac and Ron ron show.

No wonder the team fell apart late, they had 2 players thinking they could do it all.

not that I don't agree with what rafer said but yao needs to come out and say this too. anyone who has eyes can tell the whole team "offence" turns to ***** when mcgrady and artest are in the lineup. also, i love tmac's effort on defence too. "oh look a guy driving the lane, let me back away so i don't embarassed get on espn."

oh, wait, guess what, you're already a joke

yeah but Rick tells them to do that.
usually coaches won't tell their weakest link to try to get the team back in the game...

I didn't catch the Knicks game, but what I've consistently seen from this team, regardless of who's in the lineup or not, is a tendency to stop attacking the basket when they need it most. That's how Detroit nearly stole the game the other day - they started attacking while the Rockets settled for dumb 3's. I don't care how they do it but when the game is on the line, someone needs to attack, get lay-ups, draw fouls, get to the line. Most of the time that should be McGrady, Artest, and Yao.

Does Ron ever pick up his feet when he dribbles? He's always looking flat-footed when trying to drive.

He needs to post more and drive less.

There is a flip side to Rafer calling them out...which I am surprised that no one else has caught yet.

Rafer is also saying "They took the ball out of my hands".......

Just saying that he is telling the truth, but he was the one running the show before Tmac and Ron got back, and there could be a little bit of the "I want my ball back" going on as well.

I forgot about this but. Rafer was allowing Nate Robinson to get some pretty easy buckets tonight. That escaped my mind during this T-mac and Artest fiasco. Team as a whole needs to improve. Looks like they need another team meeting. Even though nothing has seemed to work at this point.

I'm not even convinced that T-mac and Artest are still healthy. They both left around the same time and came back to the team at the same time. I think the Rockets gave them a ultimatum.

like it or not the team plays more cohesively when skip has the ball than when tracy or artest have the ball.
