Tracy McGrady The Rockets didn't just advance to the second round of the playoffs with T-Mac watching in a suit. They gave the eventual champions a tougher series than anyone else in circulation, dragging L.A. through a real seven-game scare despite losing Yao Ming to another foot injury midseries. And another 7-footer they could have used against the Lakers' length (Dikembe Mutombo) went down with a knee injury in the first round. So ... McGrady's first-round drought continues until he actually plays in a playoff series his team wins. Meanwhile, his underappreciated teammates -- Shane Battier, Luis Scola and backcourt speedster Aaron Brooks -- were able to snag some rare spotlight along with Ron Artest and GM Daryl Morey. http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/playo...olumnist=stein_marc&page=PlayoffLosers-090616
He didn't actually participate in any games as a player, so its not fair to accuse him of "losing" there. All he did was predict the Lakers would win it all and say that Cleveland was not that a great team. And he was right, so as far as I'm concerned that makes him a winner. Spoiler
I think that actually the biggest loser in this playoff should be Rockets. If yao didn't go down and Rafer was there, they are good enough to beat LA and would win the WC. I really feel sorry for the fans and players who're satisfied with 2 round playoffs. This team is built for WC and they are good enough to win it all. I think coach RA should be fired. Rockets lost about 15 games to the bottom teams in regular season.
Dude you didn't know? It's the "Hate T-Mac Week", it occurs quite often especially around the week of NBA trade deadline and the NBA draft.
Lay off the alcohol, dude. It'll help make your posts make more sense. Of course this team's good enough to win it all - if we had either Yao or Deke. But we didn't, and in the end the best team in the league simply took advantage of the fact that at that point they massively destroyed us on length. And Rafer wasn't going to solve jack and we would probably have lost earlier to LA if he was still around. And just, LOL at firing Adelman.
