    i'll agree with this, but i'll also add: if the nets don't land howard, they are going to be one mess of a team. i'd give them 7 seed max, and would probably bet on them missing the playoffs altogether.

    Come on now....playoffs in the East is so easy. Remember when we were all rooting for the Knicks to crash and burn, well they basically did and still amde the playoffs.

    7 seed max. the only team that made playoffs last year that they would clearly be better than is a dwight-less magic team. hawks a possibility if they dump josh smith too.
