I didn’t realize how good Wood’s hands were... he was catching passes from Harden that guards wouldn’t have caught. Such soft hands and quick feet

Put woods in the power forward and move cousins to the center

Man it was fun watching him trail JH. He just seemed to put himself in great position to finish plays like they have played together for years. Harden got to dust off his bag of flashy passes

I’m telling you if Harden stays we are looking at a huge duo

No one is Anthony Davis, for one thing Davis is a good 25 heavier and a Hall of Famer. Still a lot to like about Wood.

I found his timing to be what stood out the most to me, he didn't rush anything, great touch around the rim with excellent timing on top of his length, quick feet, hands ='s 27 points in 24 minutes.

Let’s put it this way, when Harden made the between the legs pass in traffic and Wood finished, Westbrook was not what he was thinking about.

Right, he wasn’t forcing anything and his instincts on offense were excellent.

Similar doesn’t mean the same. His game is the most similar to Anthony Davis. Of course Davis is better by far, but we don’t know what Wood’s ceiling is. He seems to struggle with putting on weight. That could be an issue.

If Christian Wood develops the level he's showing, Wall and Cousins stay healthy, and Harden puts his head on Houston, this team is a couple of market moves away from being a contender (a backup PG and a good 3 and D SF)

No Wood is a 5 with Harden and the way Silas wants to play.... he has strong natural instincts in transition and will cut to the basket. He will mesh really well with Wall too.

Yeah he is pretty thin. On the bright side, the game isn’t as physical as it use to be. If he could add 15-20 lbs of muscle, man, that could be nasty.

Putting on weight is something he needs to do to elevate his game, but is he shoots like he has and focuses, he will still be very good at his current weight.

Nobody was calling Davis a HOFer last off-season. How strange.
