I've seen threads that make suggestions for jewelers in Houston, but I don't remember any for Austin. Anyway, I starting shopping today and I'm totally lost on where to start. I've got maybe a $2500 to $5000 budget. I'd have to have some kind of financing to go there for that though. I just don't want to get screwed and I'd like to give her something that she and I can be proud of. Any pleasant/bad experiences in Austin? Also, any general ring shopping advice is greatly appreciated.
