I have recently been running a lot, mostly cross country stuff in the hills around my house, but also at tracks long distance. By the end of my run I am exhausted to the point where I can barely go on. I am not in that great shape which is one of the reasons I have started running...I am skinny, but not in good shape. I was wondering if I have just been 'hitting the wall' or if I need some energy supplement like power gel, powerbar etc. to help me get through. Thanks for the input EDIT: I just noticed Surfguys thread, so if the moderaters want to merge them go ahead, I just thought this thread was more energy based.
