    lets see everyones predictions for the east and west final standings. remember that the first 3 spots in the playoffs go the the new division winners. here are my guestimations:


    WEST - EAST

    WOW! Regardless of how accurate any predictions are, so many deserving teams are going to be left out of the playoffs. In the West there are 12 teams that can make the playoffs, 14 that can easily make the playoffs in the East. The East is full of average teams after the top 3, at the very least 10 teams can fill out the remaining 5 playoff spots after Detroit, Indiana, and Miami.

    Anyway here go mine... Using playoff seedings...

    East

    4. Pacers
    5. Celtics
    6. Raptors
    7. Nets
    8. Magic
    9. Bucks
    10. Cavs
    11. Knicks
    12. Bulls

    Isn't the new rule gonna apply this season? Where top teams of each division automatically going to the playoff, and rest of the spots get will be fill by the order of winning record?

    Top teams in each division go to the playoffs and those 3 teams are ranked 1-3 for the 1st round of the playoffs, they re-seed in the second round though.
