Anyone else on the BBS going to be there? I am....can't wait...checked some websites for setlists of previous concerts on this tour and he is pulling out lots of old chestnuts. Should be a great show.

I've seen him a number of times and it's always a great show. I won't be there this sunday though.

Get yourself warmed up by watching him on Austin City Limits this saturday night. (its an encore performance of his january show, it's very very good)

I saw him in Sydney in November touring his current album, "The Delivery Man." Superb show! He's on form, his band rocks and he only brings the best collection of songs to a show this side of Uncle Bob. I am jealous of the opportunity to see him....have fun!

Last night's show was frigging awesome. It seemed like he played one song from every single album he has ever released. During the 2nd or 3rd song, some people got up to dance in front of the stage, and the security people made them go back to their seats. After the song, Elvis said "they're not going to hurt anybody...let them dance if they want to!". So....a BUNCH of people (including yours truly) started dancing in front of the stage and didn't stop until the end of the show. I was right in front of him. EC has one hell of a guitar collection he takes with him on the road. Highlights were "Radio Radio", "Mystery Dance", "Party Girl", "Everyday I Write the Book", "Pump it Up", "Alison", "When I Was Cruel", and "Another Year for the Roses". Great show!

I saw him at the Music hall in Hou in 1983 and Armadillo World Headquarters in 1975. He just plays song after song- soooo much music and hard work. Very good live show. I hope you had fun. No telling how many songs the guy has written.

I have never heard any artist play so many songs in one show before...

I'm jealous, sounds like it was a great show.

Apparently in New Orleans he had the great Bob Andrews (guitarist for Brinsley Schwarz, the Rumour, Graham Parker) with him for the encores.

Yes Bob Andrews was onstage with him for a couple of encores in New Orleans Saturday night.
