I missed the concert and could not go. The Verizon is nice small venue that would have been perfect for him. I'm sure the concert was great. Please advise songs selected, band quality, etc.

    Thank you

Because the real Elvis Costello obviously has something against Elvis Costello (the poster on this board) and myself, his two dorkiest and most obsessive fans, he came to Houston, Austin and Dallas three months after we moved seven thousand miles away. Grrr, etc. Here's the setlist:

    I Hope You're Happy Now
Tear Off Your Own Head (It's a Doll Revolution)
    Party Girl
    Spooky Girlfriend
(I Don't Want To Go To) Chelsea
    45
    15 Petals
    The Judgement
I Can't Stand Up For Falling Down
    High Fidelity
    No Action
    Love Field
    Girl Talk
    Little Triggers
    Tart
Deep Dark Truthful Mirror/You Really Got A Hold On Me
    Clubland
    Riot Act

    1st Encore:
When I Was Cruel No. 2
(What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace, Love and Understanding
    Watching the Detectives
    My Mood Swings
    Dust
    Alison/He'll Have to Go/Suspicious Minds

    2nd Encore:
    Pump It Up
I Want You (*without* Almost Blue)

So he played Little Triggers, Girls Talk, Clubland, Riot Act, High Fidelity, Party Girl, *plus* covering Smokey Robinson and Presley... god, is there an emoticon for 'deeply frustrated sadness'?

Thank you very much for the song list. As he is about 46 to 47 now, Mr. costello may not tour again. If he does, I will make the next one. Thank you...
