Exciting new content moderation idea that Zuck tried in 2018 with "Facebook Supreme Court" and that was not new then. Also Facebook has been slowly dying so nobody's really focusing on it or caring.

This is great - keep the disruptive innovative ideas like "bunch of moderators" coming bros. This makes Mars mission look like a snooze

I'm starting to get bored of this story - i can't imagine how bored Elon Musk is, but probably more than me given his lifestyle..

So then how will Elon enforce rules? How will Elon make Twitter a profitable business if it’s not going to be an extremist cesspool like you want it to be?

Maybe ATW and Elon want to make a point that Nazi rhetoric is profitable?

Anonymous aholes who are THOR behind a keyboard.............this is why I dont do social media, some people can't be civil. Take this site for example, you can't say certain things and I respect that, free speech and hate speech go hand in hand although hate speech can have consequences (see Kanye) but only if you have something to lose, most of these want to be proud boys have nothing to lose so they say things they would "probably" not say to another human. I am on Linkden and when ever elections are coming up I tend to see a few "political" hacks that I think are bots with 15000 comments and belong on FB or twitter, so no one is immune, some just deal with it better than others.

Or make sure QAnon can spew misinformation and profit from it.

I don’t view this as being a “free speech” issue but an accountability issue.
