    This is not a new requirement and if you had paid any attention (or had the aptitude) in basic political science or civics courses in high school or college you would know this from the landmark Supreme court decision Griggs v. Duke Power.

    i.e. the requirement that a job qualification must be job related

    Interesting to see that Hightop now opposes a Supreme Court decision that was 9-0 in a court with 5 Republican appointees.
