That Brian Cardinal guy for Purdue has heart. AND he beat Najaradara!!! but he looks like hes already 30, so the Rocks should pass. Maybe Utah wiil draft him. *wink winky* ------------------ Not only am I president of the WaltWizFanClub, I'm also the member.
Cardinal didn't impress me at all. He missed alot of shots and I only saw him make one. I would say Najera is head and shoulders above him. Eduardo could actually fit in good with the Rocks if you saw him play last year. Last year he was actually leading the fastbreaks and taking guys off the dribble. It seems like Sampson really wanted him to more of an inside player and just post up this year. In my opinion Eduardo was held back by OU's lack of a big man. He is really a small forward and that's what he played last year, but Ryan Humphrey left this year forcing Ed to play PF. He can really rebound though. He does have jumper when he gets a chance to play SF. The Rocks shouldn't pass him up at around 15-20 because this guy could fill the SF role for us in some capacity. He would be great because he wouldn't have to score 25 pts a game to be a success because his role would be to rebound first, play defense and hit his open jumpers when he gets them, that actually sounds a lot like Shandon Anderson and look how good he turned out to be. I think the Rocks should give him a chance. ------------------ Kick a$$ Monday OU!!!
If you want to get a Shandon Anderson, Najera is no where like him. Najera can score a variety of ways, however is not the top notch defender Anderson is. But, he does have a lot of heart which I admire.
