If you were EG personal trainer whos work out program would the one that you would have him on be closes to? Odem, Rashard, KG, Jermaine O'neil, who? I realize he is only 19 so those of you who want him to add a lot of bulk over 3 years,or so, might be even thinking a Tim Dumcan type workout. It seems as if Eddie wants to work on his handles to play more 3, but knows evryone wants him to gain weight to play the 4.

I think start with the basics

    teach him low post footwork

teach him how to run/start the fast break

    Mid range jump shot

let him focus on what he does best, whatever that proves to be

EG needs a go-to move in the low post. If I was Rudy or CD, I would be showing EG lots of Rasheed Wallace tape. Rasheed and EG have a similar build and Rasheed scores a very respectable 19 ppg.

Also, Rasheed is a good three point shooter, but he uses it a complement to his low post offense, not as the focus of his game. Eddie should do the same thing.

I know yall are going to dis agree with me on this one but I think Antione Walker is who she should model his game afte, but with a little more low post moves.:D  :D

So, you want him to take more 3 point attempts than some entire teams, while hitting less than 30% of them?

Sounds like a very bad idea.

Griffin needs to bulk up and leanr the post. Strength training galore, is necessary.

EG is still a kid. He will fill out by the time he is 25. In someways, if EG is forced at the start of his NBA career to master his 3 skills, he can ease ito the 4 position and be both an inside and outside threat in his NBA prime.

Maybe he should take after VC, and refuse to take clutch shots, and basically be a wuss.

    Griffin is nothing like Odom.

Griffin is only like Walker, in the sense that he likes to shoot 3s.

Walker and Odom both are great ballhandlers and passers for their size, Griffin is not a good ballhandler right now.
