Just caught a glimpse of Sportscenter this morning. I saw the Eddie Griffen highlight reel. Eddie is a freshman for Seton Hall. The guys stat's read as follows: 26 points, 17 boards, 7 blocks. Wow!!! This kid looks awesome!!! Man I hope he continues to have an awesome season and decides to enter the draft. Makes the draft that much deeper. ------------------ Titan's fanatic!!!! It was the first time the Titans sent an offense to the line of scrimmage with Eddie George in the backfield behind McNair to go with Wycheck at tight end and Carl Pickens, Kevin Dyson and Yancey Thigpen at wide receiver. So many choices, with a full season still ahead. "I think that might be scary for a defense," Dyson said.
Many experts thought he was the premier high school player last year, they may be right. ------------------ "There are two players carrying the Rockets right now. Hakeem and Olajuwon." Isiah Thomas
Seton Hall has an awesome squad this year and Eddie Griffin is a big part of that team. He will far exceed the expectations that have been set for him and will battle Zach Randolph and Gerald Wallace for the honor of being the best freshman player in the college ranks. I have a strange feeling that all three of these players will go pro though. ------------------
7 blocks! Yikes! Hey, Theo Ratliff had 9 blocks the other night! WHOA! ------------------ There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."
Wow, I didnt think he would show this stuff early. He will be interesting to watch. ------------------ Vice President of the Jason Collier fan club!
So far he's been a beast on the court, of the comments I've heard about him he has great potential. ------------------ Ceo of the Walt Williams fan club. Web site coming soon atheistalliance.org [This message has been edited by DEANBCURTIS (edited December 04, 2000).]
Not sure who Seaton Hall played. But just caught a glimpse of Eddies numbers last night. 21 points, 12 rebounds, 10 blocks. WOW... Where does he sign on the Rockets dotted line..... ------------------ Titan's fanatic!!!!
