Now, all the tables that the "wrestlers" get thrown through will have little blinking LEDs in them.

Sci Fi channel has very little to do with science fiction anymore. They got a new president a number of years ago and decided to ditch that whole thing. So, now you get wrassling, Law and Order, and Braveheart.

    Bring back the shocker!

ECW will be better than 90% of the crappy movies they have on there, of course that's not saying much.

Other then Friday nights (SGI, Atlantis, BSG) and the occasional cheesy, made for TV movie, what else is "sci-fi" about the Sci Fi Channel?

im amazed that RC Cola made a thread NON-video game related :p

interesting move by the WWE. I guess the Sci-Fi channel gave them the flexibilty to do more things than any other network would let them. You would think that it would still be on USA, but I guess they didn't have a timeslot for them the WWE wanted.

So we got wrestling on Mon, Tues, Fri, and Sat (NWA/TNA).

I thought I read something about the WWE wanting it to be on USA, but NBC Universal didn't want USA to be the "wrestling channel," or something like that. So they just pushed it over to the Sci Fi channel.

thats weird, USA was happy when Raw moved to TNN/Spike back in 2000, they said they wanted to lose their wrestling image, then went BACK on USA last year. NBC, they just don't know what the hell they want.

If you've seen some of wrestling's latest gimmicks, you'd know this is a perfect match... bwahaha at the title.

Maybe now they can repackage Heidenreich with his original intended gimmick: a thawed out WWII Nazi.
