The bill regarding autospy photos in florida was signed in to law to day by Jeb Bush. I personally support freedom of the press everywhere but especially in high school and college. I do disagree with this on the basis that people should be able to exam the photos if they want. I do not think a paper (or anyone else for that matter) should have the right to publish the photos though. This law reverses part of the best open records act in the country. It will be interesting to see if a journalism association challenges this in front of the Florida Supreme court (I have seen to much of them in the last year but thats another story) Or even in front of the United States Supreme Court. ------------------ ~John~ If you make it idiot proof, they will make a better idiot.
