I'll watch the world cup and that's about it. Maybe in the Olympics. I'll watch the Dynamo if they're on TV and there's nothing else I have an interest. But they're going against the NBA Finals tonight so it looks like I'm not watching since they just went to halftime.

Damnit. I forgot about this and the US game on FSC.

Since I live in Austin, I only get to see national tv games and the rare FSSW game. I keep pretty close tabs on them though.

From what the owner has said, it looks like it'll be built in Sugar Land.

But I'm a Dynamo fan all the way. Texian Army ftw!

I've got season tickets. Every now and then threads get started on here, most of the time I don't start them and just talk about the Dynamo on another message board.

Sugar Land backed out and they're negotiating with Houston now to put the stadium across from Minute Maid Park.

    Hell yes!

Oh, and that was a pretty good game last night, it was nice to see the young guys contribute and get the win.

And Corey Ashe is a badass, he makes so many things happen when he comes on.

I was at the game last night (yeah I know the finals were on but I told a friend I would go when I was drunk over a week ago) and while it was a small crowd we were standing with the Texian Army and the El Batalion so I was getting rowdy.

Walked in a 8:30, thought the game started at 8 I was going in "late" so I could drink more in the parking lot. Anyway we scored early and then they tied it on a penalty kick (nothing the keeper can do about that). The goal in the second half that ended up being the game winner was bad ass and right infront of us.

Thoughts on the game, Dynamo looked a little sloppy at times with the ball but then again I was a little sloppy in the stands. Dynamo seemed to have a spring in their step and were quicker to the point than Colorado. IMO, the young Keeper played under control and seemed very at ease out there.

I'll go back of course as I am trying to get into it. Don't feel the same way about the Dynamo as I do about the Greek and USA National teams but I certainly care and find myself getting more into it.

I doubt it. I waved it briefly one game but that was only for about 5 mintues, it's usually just waved by anybody that wants to during the games.

LAME. I know it's more of a central location, but that's RIGHT near my mom's house. That would be just way too convenient.

And does anyone else not like the new powder blue stripe on the uniforms? I think that reminding people of the Oilers is a bad idea. Plus, it just doesn't look good with the orange and white. I really wish they'd get rid of it.

yeah, i'm sorry the HOUSTON dynamo couldn't make it more convenient for you by moving to Sugar Land. ;)

I think a LOT of people would disagree about moving to Sugar Land.

The blue swirls are a signal of the downfall of our society. They must be stopped.

"Hey were on ESPN2" doesn't make sense, man... did you mean "Hey, we're on ESPN2" or "They were on ESPN2"?

Either way, do you think that "become more popular" has anything to do with more Spanish-speakers watching the games on Telefutura on Sundays? ;)

DAMN YOU TO H*LL, soccer on cable TV only.
