When: 2 PM CST Sunday, October 18
    Where: Robertson Stadium, Houston, TX
Television: KHOU 11.2 (English), TeleFutura (Spanish)
Radio: 790 AM (English), 850 AM (Spanish)

Well, after two years of waiting, it's finally here. David Beckham is making his first, and possibly only, appearance in the city of Houston. The game is sure to sell out since we've been spurned by Becks twice. Houston is actually the only MLS city to date that David Beckham has not played in.

That having been said, this is the most important game that the Dynamo have played in a long, long time. The Orange are currently tied with Los Angeles and Chivas USA for first place in the Western Conference with 44 points. Despite having clinched a playoff spot for the fourth straight year, Houston would love to have home-field advantage and get the bad taste from last year's defeat to New York out of their mouths.

The Galaxy on the other hand are sprinting to the finish line for their first playoff appearance with David Beckham on their squad. Hopefully the Dynamo can keep their composure in this match as the last four games have seen red card dismissals for the team.

This game has huge implications for the Western Conference playoff picture and I hope that the 30,000+ people expected cheer the Dynamo on and realize that the game of soccer is not just about one man.

Who is going? Who will be watching?

I'll watch the second half after the Texans are done and will, as always, be rooting on the Orange.

Anyone who shows up in a Beckham jersey who isn't a U.K ex pat...is a douche.

    Buck Feckham.

Telefutura showing this. Recording it now. We're getting Holden and Ching back... there should be no stopping us... I predict another Landin score.

    ¡Vamos, DYNAMO!

Such a beautiful day in Austin, wish I could be there for the game today. Part of me wishes that Becks could have gotten a taste of real Houston weather and humidity.

 FAIL. "mexican" is not a language.

;) I said WATCH it on Telefutura.

DIRTY ass Bucking Feckham. Clearly Clark had the ball away before he stuck his foot. It was a strike shoe-to-shoe on Clark and Ching ends up being the one thrown out. Dumb ref.

This MLS western conference playoff race is like the NBA's western conference last season. Four teams have a chance to win home-field advantage, the Dynamo, LA Galaxy, and Chivas USA are tied for 1st, and Seattle Sounders are 1 point behind. Now I don't know the playoff scenarios and tie-breakers but if the Dynamo don't win their last game of the season next week, they could fall all the way to 4th place/seed.

To be fair, Ching should have known better. Although on the real, I'd almost think the refs are just waiting to throw Red cards on our guys. I mean seriously, if they would have just pulled out the yellow card on Beckham's obvious foul, **** wouldn't have happened. Hell, did they even card the guy that took Landin's legs out from under him?

We controlled our destiny before the game yesterday, now we have to win and hope for some help to end up first place.

The offense seem lost out there with no ideas to create dangerous plays, that's not a good situation to be in just before the playoffs start.

I'm hating the fact that we're out of the running for the Supporters' Shield anymore, but then I am loving it because of the jinx it brings.

Also, before the game yesterday, Telefutura/Univisión/Galavisión network had shown 69 consecutive games with at least 1 goal for MLS. Streak ended yesterday.
