anybody watch this game or get to see highlights? I just caught the last 5 minutes of the replay on the Fox Soccer Channel. Scoreless with about 4 minutes to go........until Brian Ching scores the winning goal on a bicycle kick!!! Awesome goal.
They certainly have alot to prove. Our offense has not been I think what we expected, but the injury to Ching definitely hurt our continuity. Hopefully, over the final few games he and De Rosario can get it dialed up. Good effort and finish to beat MLS' best, DC United though.
I haven't been able to keep up with the Dynamo because they don't seem to be on TV anymore. Atleast not on FSN, I don't have FSC so I couldn't watch.
There it is... Time to make the donuts http://ww2.mlsnet.com/media/player/...w_id=4411&catCode=top_plays&type=v_free&_mp=1
For next year I would suggest subscribing to MLSLIVE.tv. I've watched a majority of the games this way.
Ching has been off since he left for the World Cup, I'm not sure but this may be his first goal since then. And you could really tell how happy and relieved he was by his celebration. I hope in the future Dalglish will get the start over Moreno, he seems to compliment Ching very well.
Phenomenal goal!! Great atmosphere with strong turnout as well. By the way, Dalglish belongs in the starting lineup with Moreno visiting the bench.
I'm hoping to make my first game of the season in their last game of the season. I'm looking foward to my first real professional match, even if it is the MLS. Of course, I will be wearing my Houston 1836 shirt.
Ching talks about scoring the goal in his latest blog entry. http://blogs.chron.com/brianching/2006/10/i_almost_forget_what_it_felt_l.html
