When: Saturday, July 12, 9:00 PM Where: Robertson Stadium, Houston, TX Television: Telefutura Radio: 790 AM (English), 850 AM (Spanish) SuperLiga play begins this week at Robertson against Mexican club Atlante. I honestly can not recall the format of SuperLiga last year, so I'll need some help from somebody. Is it one game for each round or is there an aggregate period somewhere in there? Anywho, this should be a good game, albeit the one less likely to draw a huge crowd since the Dynamo will be playing Chivas de Guadalajara later in the month. In other Dynamo news, Bernardo Fallas of the Chronicle is reporting that Nate Jacqua will be returning to the Dynamo for the remainder of the season. He'll provide some desperately needed size up front along with Brian Ching, so perhaps he'll provide some stability. The deal has us sending him to Seattle Sounders FC at the end of the season though, so enjoy it while it lasts.
Last I heard we were getting Ngywenya back but Jacque we need more right now. Still crossing my fingers for Ngywenya too!

Man, I really should get to a Dynamo game sometime this year. I keep forgetting that now that I'm back in Houston, I actually have the opportunity to go. Don't really wanna go alone but I guess it wouldn't matter since I'll be having fun while I'm at the game.
Awesome game...sucks that D-Ro won't be available for the next game because of the refs. I am sorry but a team down 3-0 shouldn't be able to instigate and give their league mates an easier time.

Final Score Dynamo: 4 Atlante: 0 You should try to make it out Tuesday! The Dynamo will be hosting Chivas de Guadalajara, one of the biggest Mexican teams. The start time is at 9 PM, so that may be a hindrance, but I imagine it will be a great atmosphere. If you go alone, sit with either the Texian Army or El Batallon. It's impossible to not scream your lungs out while sitting with them.

Btw, somebody behind me saw that one of the Atlante players that got ejected got into it with one of the fans on the way to the locker room, and the fan got kicked out.
I just came back! Great experience. The first half was great with 3 goals but then the second half held its own where we witnessed a "chicano" and "true mexican" going at it.
