I'm kind of surprised by this move. He hasn't played great but he's been serviceable and we need all the help we can get up front right now. http://blogs.chron.com/soccer/archives/2008/07/dynamo_give_car.html
I'm surprised as well. It was obvious that he had struggled adjusting to the pace of MLS and his team, but he did have flashes of ability. It was obvious that he was not a fully-developed talent when the Dynamo signed him, so I think expectations were a little too high. That being said, cutting forwards is not what this team needs to be doing. Jacqua and Ching are not the fastest guys in the world, so I think Caraccio could have still had a place on the squad.
El Argentino would do what Ngwenya did last season... I just don't know why he never started more often ... he could have lasted a few entire games, then bring in CHING.
