Where: Crew Stadium, Columbus, Ohio TV: Channel 55, Channel 43 (Spanish) Radio: 790 AM (English), 850 AM (Spanish) The Orange travel to Columbus for what I'm desperately hoping is win number 1. We were picked apart last week in the back by Beckham, but Columbus does not have anybody of that passing quality. This is going to be a huge game. We need this win badly in order to keep pace and establish ourselves this season. Robinson is still out due to suspension, so somebody needs to step up. Hopefully Dominic Kinnear instills some cool-headedness in the team and something like Caraccio's jersey-waving celebration won't happen until the final whistle blows. It's serious business time now.
I'll be in town, so I'll be able to see my first Dynamo game of the season on TV... We need this win in a bad way... Go Dynamo!!!
Schelloto is pretty close to it. It's feels odd saying it but Columbus is playing really well so far this year. Robbie Rogers is producing and Alejandro Moreno has been finishing his chances . We can still win if we play to our potential though. Onstad and Waibel should also be back which will help a lot.
Columbus 1, Houston 0. Ugly game, ugly start to the season, ugly all around. Now is the first time that we're really being tested as Dynamo fans; the previous two years we were lucky enough to win back to back MLS Cups and compete at an international level. However, this appears to be our first bad, genuine rough patch. I'll try my best to be at the game against Chivas USA next week, as the Dynamo need some fan support after this incredibly long road trip. If you're a fan, you should try to make your way out there as well.
